The Mas du Vieux Chêne is ideally located at the gates of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, 2 kms from Vallon Pont d'Arc, in the small village of character of Salavas. Ideal property for seniors, couples and family with teenagers (from 15 years) by its calm and tranquility.
No group- No private parties allowed.
Perched on the heights of the village, in the quiet of the scrubland, our 5 cottages welcome you all year round for a stay of relaxation, rest and tranquility under the south Ardèche sun
The cottages have a capacity of 2 to 4 people. They are equipped with a kitchen, a living room/ living room with TV, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and comfortable rooms.
A bakery delivery service is available from May to October.
In the center of the village of SALAVAS (500m walk) you will find the grocery and its regional products, bakery, tobacco press, pizzeria.
On site, you will have access to the secure swimming pool (9 m x 5 m) equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the pétanque court.
You will be close to the summer activities of the surrounding villages, such as local markets, concerts, shows, exhibitions, but also restaurants and shops to discover the crafts and gastronomic terroir ardéchois.
For thrilling activities, experience a unique adventure with the descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche in a canoe! Numerous courses are offered, from the quiet walk for beginners to the sports descent for the more experienced.
Canyoning, via ferrata, tree climbing, caving... A multitude of sports activities is available to you just 2 kms from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
The Grotte Chauvet 2, excpetionnel space of restitution life-size of the Grotte Chauvet, the cave of the Aven d'Orgnac are visits not to be missed at 10 mns of the lodgings!
